Turbo boost gauge help

Hi,

i wasn't sure if to put this in the mods section so please let me know if I need to move it.....

 

Anyway I have a 2003 1.4tdci fusion and I wanting to fit a turbo boost gauge. The problem is I've never worked on a turbo before and try as I might I can not find anything on the site or web to help me fit one.

1, where do I attach the vacuums pipe?

2, am I right in thinking I need a mechanical type?

hope someone can help, pictures would be nice too if possible.
