my 2010 MK7 titanium TDCI currently has 195 x 45 x 16 tyres on, looking on black circles website they say 205 x 40r17 x 84. now thats a difference, what tyre size was the original spec car? anyone i can't seem to find this on the web?

    Standard size was 16 inch, 17s were an option.

    thats what i thought. can't understand why the tyre sites say 17" but I've got 16' fitted?

    Don't worry about the reg search, they can be wrong, just search for the tyre size that you have.
