 Im wanting my front grill, fog lights and rear bumper on my zetec s painting gloss black. These parts don't appear to be painted and don't have a totally smooth texture, especially the rear bumper. 

I was just wondering if anyone has done this or no of anyone who has as I have seen on other forums people that have done it but made no comment as to how easy it was or how much it cost.  

If you look at the photos on this thread you'll see what I'm aiming to achieve.

    Yeah, I'd just pay a bodyshop if you want a good result and have little to no experience
