Fiesta MK7 gears changing problem

Hi! I've got a problem with gears changing in  Fiesta mk7, 1.4 tdci. They are ok to put in, but there is a slight problem when I'm changing from 1st to 2nd or from 3rd to 4th gear. I need to pull them and there is a squeaky sound. I thing the mechanism needs greasing or something. Has anyone experienced this problem? Where should I grease it? From the top or under the car?
