Fiesta Mk6 door replacement wiring

Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell me how hard or even if its possible to put a Mk6 Ford fiesta zetec door onto a ford fiesta mk6 ford fiesta finesse. I currently own a mk6 ford fiesta finesse 3dr and want to find a way of having electric windows and ideally also have electric wing mirrors as well as the manual ones are terrible, I have looked at the after market window motors but all don't look as good as the normal doors on the zetec models so I have come here to see if anyone on here knows if i can just buy a Ford fiesta mk6 door and either make the wiring myself or to find out if the wiring is all already in the car and all i need is the doors.
