wont start

ford fusion 2 wont start nothing on the key. all that is on the dash is the oil,abs and door open warning

also will not connect with pcm please help



Battery ?

i would be checking fuses, if you've got no ignition you will not be able to connect to pcm

You are spot on Lee, unfortunately when the OP can't be bothered to mention if such things as the sidelights, radio, interior light, door locking etc are working or not you have to start at the beginning. I have seen on too many occasions after ploughing through wiring diagrams to find it was the battery all along.

 If he has a code reader the saying "All the gear, no idea" springs to mind.

on the speedo theres no mileage or fuel gauge reading and all other electrics work except for the interior lights batt has 13.4 v

Check for 12 volts at fuses 14,15,16 and 20 (key does not need to be in).
Do not remove the fuse from the fuse-board, just probe the metal pins ether side of the number printed on the fuse.

Also check fuse 38 (as above) with ignition key in position II
