Rear brake conversion to discs?

hi everyone new here!

just bought a 2007 fiesta tdci zs i want to change the rear drums to discs just for the look, I'm a mechanic but I'm new to modifying, I've seen kits on pumaspeed for the front upgrade, but none for the rear, I want to know if anyone has seen or converted the rear drums to discs, anything from a focus or the fiesta st?

I have done it on a focus, very straight forward as all the parts are a direct fit.

Caliper, carriers, brake hoses,handbrake cables, of course your disc n pads lol. 

Rear hubs are the same for drums and discs on the mk2 focus.
