Stokielad
Morning All First post on here since buying my first Ford, a 2006 S-Max Titanium with the X pack. It's a 2.0 litre diesel with 120k, got it for a good price due to the mileage and having 2 minor dents on the driver door. I'm going the get the alloys refurbished and the dents sorted along with a major service, but my biggest issue at the moment centre console.....it's really tatty and scratched. I'm thinking of getting a paint match and rubbing it down and spraying it or is better to buy a brand new replacement. Regards Gav
jeebowhite
to be honest, my view is a used car, gets used parts. Especially when you have high miles on it, often parts like that are not worth replacing outright, I personally attempted to wrap mine, and overall it looks good, I did fluff a couple of little bits, but to be honest, it has grown on me and I like it regardless. Cheap and easy to do, just make sure you use heat!
