The intrument cluster on my 2003 ford fiesta has pack up, got a 2nd hand one off ebay and the garage has told me the car wont start with the new one and needs coding but they cant do it.

Does anyone know anyone that can do it? i live in maidenhead so would have to be nearby, my garage did recommend another garage but was £130 + VAT and i think that is alot for just coding the new one

Hope someone can help me
