My 2004 Fusion 1.4 16v is running with the cooling fan constantly on.

Any idea's what could be the cause?

    No, ignition off and all fine

    Only when engine running, all levels are fine.

    Make sure aircon is off and check fan, if ts still on then most likely is coolant temp sensor or wiring to it is open circuit,
