    They've made sure of that themselves. The lady I dealt with while waiting for the Manager basically went around my car with me and identified every scratch, even pointed out one or 2 I didn't know about. She found a Scrape on my boot that appears to have happened overnight :(.

    Bumpers been resprayed, just awaiting finishing touches tomorrow

    Got the car back this morning. They've done a great  job. No marks at all on the bumper, there's a bit of a rough finish in one small area where the bumper meets the lower grill but that'll just polish out so its not big deal :-). Happy it's all sorted now, cant even tell there's a respray. They even sorted out a dent I picked up on the bumper over the weekend as well!
