hi people i have just bought my first st i have gone for the 2006 diesel as the mph is good and love the look of the st is great,got a problem though at set speed on motorways ect it feels like the brakes are on off and i can hear the engine hunting ,on acceleration it has a fluffy jumpy bit at 50 mph then climbs up lovely ,car has covered 117850 miles fsh any ideas be great car is under a warranty so should be fine,



Nice car mick. I do like the mk3 mondeo ST. FSH is good but maybe a new fuel filter is needed. There are some excellent mk3 guys on here who'll help you no end.

thanks mate i try the fuel filter ,see how it goes i cleaned out rhe air filter an box it has a k&n fast flow ,the fuel filter was just bouncing about on the fuel lines i have now secured it ,i go get a new one tomorrow ,
