2007 focus power steering fluid black

hi wondering if someone could help the power steering fluid in my car is black so got to get it flushed out and put new in which been told is green chf fluid but why is it black is my rack on its way out will changeing fluid cause any problems and is the green fluid the right spec for this car ford focus zetec climate hwda 1.6 thanks. as garages ive been to are not sure.

    Go to a good motor factors they will tell you which is the right one :smile:

    thanks for the replie it had new ps fluid 2 years ago when pump was renewed done about 12000 miles since
