Home Fitness Machines.

Featured Replies

I look after my dad so don't get out a lot,i did use to go on a nice few walks but that's in the past now.

Best home fitness item what will loose you weight,i do LOADS of up and down stairs but what would you go for or have tried and tested.

Like the ''wonder core smart''or something small like this and would help just get a bit of fitness and tone but loose weight as well as eating right.

I had good results with Rip60.

Unfortunately I have a shoulder and upper back problem which means I've not been able to use it lately but would like to get back to it when I can.

Also for diet I can recommend the "slow carb diet" which I followed for about a year. Having a small child it became impractical to follow all the time but I now eat a lot better and consume fewer carbs having been on it.

It comes from The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss which is actually quite a good read - although as with any lifestyle manual there's a fair amount of BS - and the principles outlined all made sense and were effective (for me at least).

I aint that bad on the food side but could do a bit better on a few stuff but its just to get me a bit more active.

Like these you see on TV as the one i put on here in my first post,i use to love a good 6 mile or more walk.

Was looking at these 6 in 1 things so it does 6 or more stuff as well as make you loose weight like you can make you knackered.

I know there are a few out there but the new one is this' Wonder core smart' .

Might give one of these Wonder core smart a try,i might get a nice 6 pack like these people who show you,in my dreams, they don't tell you there been going

to a gym for loads of years, best 6 pack i would get is from a off-license which contains booze.

As long as i can loose a bit and tone a bit as im stuck in the house it don't bother me,job done, not looking for amazing things.

in that case look into getting a kettle bell and do some circuits. 30mins maximum and a real good workout. something like insanity or P90x
