Bluetooth stopped working

Featured Replies

I have a 2011 ford Mondeo (2.0 TDCI Zetec) and the Bluetooth has stopped working. When you press the green phone button on the radio it says mute and when I try to pair my phone it doesn't find the car's Bluetooth.

I've looked to try and find a fuse to take out to reboot the radio but I don't see anything in the user manual to tell me where the correct fuse in.

Any help would be appreciated.

Solved!

Found fuse under bonnet and unplugged it for 10 mins. Reconnected and it fixed itself.
