    Nope!

    At least I can't. For some unknown reason the Ford Owners manual site does not have it. The 2007 version is different.

    I have a paper copy! (Could scan odd pages if needed.)

    (Despite saying from 1999, this is the correct Mk2 2006 data, it matches my book exactly, and my car as far as I have seen.)

    Remote keyfob programming is as in the 2007 manual.

    Have you tried a breaker? quite often the owners manual is still in the glovebox when the car is scrapped.  If you ask, they'd probably be able to find you one

    Ford Parts UK only have the 2007 version at the moment.

    Otherwise, a Ford dealer should be able to source you a new one
