MyFiesta2012
I recently took my car into the shop for an oil change and a check up. I drive a lot and my nearly 5 year old car has over 150,000 miles. I was told that I have a leak in the shift shaft seal and it would be highly expensive to fix. Can anyone help me with some information? Is this something that can be fixed at home by someone who is not a mechanic? How hard is it to replace? I did some research and the parts are fairly inexpensive. Do you know how dangerous it is to drive with a shift shaft seal leak?
