Windows no longer work with one touch

My Fiesta Zetec Powershift 63 plate has just had its clutch replaced 18000 miles due to juddering in low gears .But when the car came back the drivers window no longer would go up with the one touch of the button .Sent it back to Ford who said they would fix it .Came back and now the passenger window will not work with one touch either .Any ideas on how this could happen. The clock was set at the wrong time so they must have disconnected the battery at some point .Any help please .

    Firstly hello and welcome Allan to FOC

    Secondly we have dedicated sections for each of the main Ford cars. So you should post in the Fiesta section because that is where you will get the best advice

    Sadly it is well known that the powershift is not the best thing. The fact that ford are changing your clutch at 18k pretty much sums powershift up.

    Regarding the windows check the fiesta section

    The windows just need resetting after the battery has been off, Ford should've done it tbh!

    Put the window right down.  Then close it but keep hold of the button when closed for a few seconds.  It should then open and close on one touch.
