bluetooth built into the head unit? 2009 focus

Featured Replies

Got me Focus this week and very very please with it compared to the Astra.

Got some questions for you guys and gals.

1. I removed the ford head unit the other day to install my Rsmmi and lost the cars bluetooth / voice control, I thought the bluetooth module was separate from the head unit.

2. Gave up on the Rsmmi installation so have decided to just connect my ipod to the ford headunit, what a pain so far, got a connects2 ipod lead today which plugs into the cambus connector but nothing worked as its not compatible with my head unit.

my question is this, has anyone connected an ipod without cutting cable using a Dension 100?

trying to avoid an aftermarket unit at the moment but would consider a double din unit around £300, any suggestions?
