Hi all,

I SORN'd the car online on 30th September, but the next DD payment was still taken on October 3rd (1st was a weekend).  Will that automatically be returned to my bank?  Can't afford to lose £20 atm which is why I SORN'd it when I did. :sad:

    Yes it would be refunded. I SORN'd my fiesta in march and got a refund. Just be aware of dates.

    Was your Fiesta on monthly DD though, Joss?

    I know it gets refunded from 6 month/yearly tax but I thought the DD would've just immediately been cancelled?  This is the first time I've used the monthly one... :unsure:

    Yes Tom it was via DD There was a delay on their part as it was beta.

    In case it doesn't get automatically refunded, just do an indemnity claim for the payment by calling your bank.
