MyHermes........big problem.

Big problem with items being delivered to me,this has happened twice in last 3 weeks and still waiting for one item.

The person says he has been and no answer at our door which is a complete lie as my dad cant get out so 100% there is a person

in the house,also no called card left to say anyone called and also we have 24/7 CCTV for the purpose of my dad on

the front door,first item 3 weeks ago as i could call them as it was through'MyHermes' which is person to person

but this one is  'Hermes' which is Retailer to me so only contact i have is live chat/email  which have done,i have contacted the retailer on Sunday.

It comes up online tracking that item tried to be delivered and will be re-delivered so just going round in circles,so frustrating as i know im always in,so

hard to contact them as live chat has limited information as im not the retailer and when you ring

it just says' contact us by email or live chat'  Bye.0330 333 number

Ok just checked online and should be here today,we will see as last time it just came up that they tried to deliver it on another email.

A lot of these parcel delivery places pay per parcel.

If a driver has 50 parcels to deliver and 2 are in awkward locations, they will 'fail' to deliver. When what they really mean is, was going to waste time, I'll deliver my other 48 parcels first then not care about the other 2. Good luck in getting a successful outcome.

Its a pain up the ?, here we go again parcel attempted to be delivered,this is dam 4 days now i have stopped in here waiting for this stupid

waste of time delivery firm,rang up retailer and there going mad,they have emailed Hermes and said it is resolved but it is not.

Never again will i ever use this firm,3 attempted deliveries and 2 calls to the retailer,lets say im a bit DAM MAD 😡😡😡😡😡.

Having the same problem say they have tried to deliver 3 times and I know my partner was in as it was during the middle of the day no calling card left and now they are saying they are not sure where it is in the warehouse. 

Now got to call them again tomorrow and see if they have found it and hopefully arrange another delivery time.

Had problems with Hermes the other week! Sat in the house I sees a car pull up outside our house, then a few minutes later it drives off.

Walks to front door and low & behold there's a card on the floor saying they had tried to deliver a package, I saw no one come to my house nor' did they knock on the door.

Four days later a car pulls up and I watch a chump scrambling through packages in the back of his estate, then he walks up to me door and knocks, I answers and have a go at him.... ''not me mate replies him''

Just had a live chat with an idiot that said my parcel was on its way back to sender so called them again only to be told it's not and will be delivered thursday.

will never use them again and none of them seem to know what is going on.

I have 3 live chats and just tell me as i already know as im not the retailer so they don't have any more info,why not give a dam contact number or

is it because the complaints they get,im waiting for this person to come now as its something to do on that side i have been told but a woman who

came a few months ago,she said ''there is a lot of drivers who cant be bothered and don't even come to the door'' i have passed this on on email

and to the retailer,i want a direct contact number ............p.s   should have a swearing section on here as i would of filled it by now.

Update on this is the driver didn't attempt to deliver it on 2 accounts as i never had a card in the door and i know not a person came.

I had it arrive today on another courier which came in 24 hours,i will never go with this firm again as i will always ask the retailer on the firm.

Even if that bit more,this was very important items i needed 3 days ago for an elderly person.
