when I switch my air blower on after starting the engine the ac light comes on, is this normal (fiesta 1.25  2013)

does it do this when temp it certain level?

    If set to windscreen then this is common in some cars.

    The A/C helps to clear the windscreen quicker which is why it comes on. Of course the A/C wont come on if the outside temp is too low even if the button is lit up. 

    In my own car I leave the A/C switched on permanently.
