S max 2012 with 50k miles.

First problem was struggle to start. After diagnosis changed alternator and battery. 3 days after changing 2nd problem "transmission limited function" and engine management light on. I did two different diagnosis with two different errors. One is ECU problem the other one transmission fault. I am desperate . Help me Plz.
