Drich290195
So looks like the car i bought has just had the arial taped back on the base has snapped. Are these easy to replace, are there any guides out there. Thanks 03 MK6 fiesta by the way.
WES180
Is there an access panel directly under it in your car? Did my wifes Grande Punto a few months back and i had to drop part of the headlining on hers. It was then just a 17mm (ish?) back nut and an aerial coupler. Order your new one and when you have it in your hand it will all become clear to you whats involved. Yours looks like it will only be 12-13mm nut. It looks like it is directly above the interior light so I'm hoping removing that will give access

stef123
I've just done one today on a mk3 Mondeo, lucky if it took 1 minute to complete. Removed interior light, then used a 1/4 torx bit to undo the screw (doesn't come out) and then swapped the base over and held it in place while i tightened the screw back up - yes it is possible to do this on your own lol.
