info on 2007 climate repairs and stuff

looking at buying a 63000 mile 3 door 2007 climate it has the 1.25 duratec engine which I think is cam chain? could some one give me brief comparision of the zetec and duratec engine?

Also cambelt/camchain replacement interval would be good.

the rear window heater switch is stuck so I need to replace it, also the boot doesn't open remotely on key or from the button on the dash.

both seats have the folding Seat Tilt Handle switch on top of the seats missing/broken, are these a common fault and easy to repair?
