HID H7 - D2S

So I bought and fitted a 35W 5500k HID Kit from amazon who I got the car in May and to be honest I wasn't too impressed with them, I found out about turning the bulbs over gets rid of the black lines so I did that and I have adjusted them to the best I can, but I'm still not happy, the actual light output is weak and doesn't show up the road to well.

I've been digging around on the web and found some OSRAM Xenarc Night Breaker Unlimited,

https://www.amazon.co.uk/XENARC-BREAKER-UNLIMITED-headlight-66240XNB-HCB-x/dp/B00FQ8AVHS

Now these are D2S fitment which obviously doesn't fit in the H7 holder, but you can get adapter rings that allow them to be fitted in the H7 Holder,

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/H7-D2S-D2R-Adapters-Philips-Osram-Xenon-HID-Bulb-/270354512667

If i get a set of these: http://www.hids4u.co.uk/d2-connector-cables-for-d2s-and-d2r-hid-bulbs.html

And plug them into my current ballast will this work?

Im going on the fact that these Osram bulbs will be a hell of a lot better than the cheap ones that the kit came with.

Anyone tried this or have any other ideas?

Ideally I would like to get hold of a regular D2S bulb that someone has replaced to see if it will actually fit with the adaptors before I forked out the money for the good bulbs, anyone have one kicking about I could have?
