Good evening all  

Anyone recommendations on a new exhaust no worries on insurance so looking for a performance increase with a nice cosmetic tip, want  a nice grunt but not to much that i wake the neighbors,what can anyone recommend iv got a 1.0 eco boost, up grading to a k&N panel filter soon which should make a difference.

    I have been thinking about the same thing. Wanted a cat back system to improve the sound and rear looks of the car (2014 mk 7.5 125ps zetec s), but i am unsure of what to buy and what sound you will get from a resonated or non-resonated cat back system. Theres a large range of prices and companies to choose from and its difficult to choose and pick. Also i am unsure about damaging the engine in any way or the system causing faults in the future (i have heard of people having issues.) I have also considered getting a custom built exhaust system as my friend has just had one done for his alfa romeo mito 1.4T and now it sounds sweet. !Advice needed :p! Note the main point for me is the sound, i want the car to sound great.

    I've been thinking about exhausts as well for my 1.0L Eco. Like you I've seen the Milltek systems are quite popular, another one I quite like is the Cobra Cat Back Non Resonated system. Has a relatively deep tone too it without the tinny sound some exhausts produce:

    i am also considering to get this. Resonated version is also not bad and it will be probably better for long distance driving.

    Additionally, does anybody has the photo from under the car with the stock exhaust? Or do you know how are the downpipe, mid and rear pipes connected? Because i am also thinking to get custom exhaust
