Headlamp screw and No. plate light

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm struggling to get that screw off to remove the headlamp and I think the thread is f**ked, any ideas on how to get it off? Also I'm having difficulty getting the right hand number plate light off with the metal clip as the main cause

That screw is an expanding sleeve with screw through it to hold it in place. Try levering it up as you unscrew. The number plate light we have covered before. If you have the left hand one out it will give you clues of how it is fixed and how to remove it. I have never known such a simple fitment cause so much agro.

In what way was the clip broken? (Your picture hasn't loaded for me) and how did you remove it? One of my clips is bent so I gave up trying to remove it in the end and still have the standard plate bulbs in for now.
