    when i used to ride bikes my hands used to be frozen solid .but it was worth it

    It's a kit bike from Boom Trikes. Mark Evans from the "Is Born" series made one, I still think you can find it on YouTube and watch him make it. It's got a VW Beetle engine in it, and the lights at the side turn with the steering. 23k to 25.5K depending on spec.
