05 fiesta random misfire

Hi. I'm at my wits end!! My car suddenly started to misfire at low revs. Changed plugs.leads.coil pack! Still does it!! Had a spare engine to hand so decided to swap the engines over!! Still does it!! New fuel pump!! Still does it!! Had ecu checked all fine!! Still does it!! When driving the car if you put your foot down it goes really well until the engine is just cruising or ticking over then runs terrible! All the sensors on the engine are different to the first engine! Any ideas please! It's a 1.25 zetec.
