Hi,

Just wanted to ask a few questions about some modifications on my Ford Fiesta Zetec 64 plate edition.

1. I would like to install power folding mirrors, but I read that the duse box located behind the glove compartment has to have to relay fuses on the right hand side, mine only has one...labeled eithere R2 or R3. Is it possible to get them installed?

Also I would like to upgrade my seats to the ST seats and was wondering do the fiestas come with the necessary wiring for the heated seats so would I just plug and play?

Lastly, I was messing around with the manual air conditioning and the wiring from behind it came off, so the air con does not work, but the heaters will only come on through the dash vents even when changing the dial, can somebody help me with these. Thanks.

When I retrofitted powerfold. And guided another member to do the same, we didn't check anything we just fitted them. We then enabled them and they just worked. We did however check we were compatible for cruise control which luckily we were. I can take a photo of my fuse box tomorrow afternoon for you. 

 

No, the wiring isn't in place and is a LOT of work to retrofit like it left the factory for heated seats 

 

So what you've pulled off is the wire, almost like a cheap brake cable on an old bike which controls the flap for the heater direction. Personally I'd take the car in and see if they'll do it under warranty. Say it just fell off
