ITG induction kit- engine malfunction light

I've got a peron stage 1+ map fitted with an itg induction kit. Long story short it was fitted professionally then I've taken the itg out to make space to fit a quick shift. When I've re fitted the itg induction kit it now comes up with the engine malfunction light. How do i fix this? I've tried re fitting the kit a million different ways just incase the piped were angled wrong.

    Try turning round the air flow meter, not sure how they mount on the ITG as everyone local to me went for the revo setup 

     

    I haven't had good experiences with a certain Peron dealer 😂
