Paint warranty! ?

Featured Replies

So there's a ten year warranty on paint ? Looking at this wing on ebay sure makes me think I should remove all wheel arch liners & inspect for any rust before it breaks out like a cancer.

Is it easy to remove the wheel arch liners ? Really want to check for myself.

Isn't the warranty relating to rust that goes right through the metal from one side to the other? on that wing it does not look like it has rusted through anywhere. the rust is on the surfaces

If that's on the outside facing surface at the bottom of the wing it's standard for a fiesta as it gets blasted by road crud if you don't have mudflats! Easy to clean up and repainted as its surface rust!
