Window regulator and speaker - Fiesta Mk6.5

Hi folks :)

The NSF window regulator on my Fiesta Mk6.5 has started chewing its own cable (sigh). I thought it may be worth just replacing the regulator as the motor seems fine. But also, the door speaker seems to sound like its blowing now and again; sometimes when the radio is on, the speaker is fine, but then at other times it sounds like it's blown. I thought while I'm replacing the window regulator, I may as well change the speaker as well.

I've searched the forum and can't find a guide for replacing the window regulator and speaker on a Fiesta Mk6.5, unless I've missed it (apologies).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
