Hi can anyone tell me what size space saver I need for my 2009 zetec s with 205/40/17 wheels please

    If you source a spacesaver wheel for a fiesta it should fit.

    . The bigger the wheel the less profile. So a 175 65r 14 will fit.

    in my experience the spares with fiestas are 175/65/14 as above. It is not a true skinny space saver as it is the same size as the 4 road wheels on all fiesta diesel econetics.

    But in previous queries on this forum I have seen people saying they have seen different size spacesavers in some fiestas - the actual true skinny spacesaver type, but then someone from a ford dealership said the spares being supplied with fiestas currently (if people pay the extra to have a spare ) is 175/65/14 - this was only a couple of months ago.

    The rolling distance is  the same as a 17 inch. The diameter is the same as a 17 inch.  It will fit. Don't forget that you will also need a jack and wheel brace.
