Google 2-step verification/less secure apps..weird problem.

Featured Replies

I have a weird problem,i tried the 2-step verification on google and also allowing less secure apps but when ''on' either of them they block my google email

through outlook office, the square box comes up to put in password but its not been changed, take either out or both and works again.

Any idea on this weird problem.

I have sorted this but will pass on how if others have this problem, knowing me im the last to know and all knows.

Go onto 2-step step up through ''signing into google then set all the stuff up as normal (code sent to phone) etc.

Go to email and it may be blocked, mine was through outlook so then back to the ''signing into google''

you should have the 3rd option a drop down under other App or something like that,go through that and generate the password.
