mk4/5 fiesta brake issue/help

i have a 2000 w reg fiesta zetec 1.25 non abs which has solid front disc brakes which are rubbish and can only just stop my car.

i have been told to fit mk5 fiesta zetec s calipers and discs but im unsure if they will fit/work because im pretty sure they are abs. im really wanting to upgrade purely for my safety.

any help will be muchly appreciated

You may be looking to renew the disk and pads to something better not the callipers

Would 258mm vented disc fit or even 240mm vented discs or do I have to use solid discs? Thanks
