Passenger Side head lamp side light failure

Featured Replies

Hi, I have a Fiesta Mk7.5 and the passenger side, side light stopped working recently. Tried changing the bulb, but it's still not working. So may be a fail in the wires, but all the other bulbs still function normally. Any ideas on how to fix this without having to buy a whole new headlamp assembly

Did you fit a filament or LED unit?

It's only a 5 watt bulb that fits into the headlight unit. No way would the unit be at fault. Try a known working bulb in the holder, Test the holder for current, then work backwards to the main loom.

I use an LED unit. No issues with the driver side one tho

LEDs are polarity sensitive, Pos must go to pos. Turn the bulb through 180 degrees.
