2011 Zetec S bumper Aero Foil Splitter

Hi Guys, just wanted to check on process for fitting the Ford Front Bumper Aero Foil Splitter to 2011 Zetec S.  Looking underneath existing bumper it looks riveted? so am guessing would have to drill out the rivets and then install the splitter with new rivets?  pics of splitter looks like it has some sort of clips possibly?
