Hey all, so I'm still having issues with my roof bars, I had the cruz set for my 14 plate and i've noticed since removing them that they have left small dents above the doors.

So firstly, does anyone think a complaint is worth while? I'm guessing they'll tell me i've over tightened them (not that i've any idea how tight they should be!)

Secondly I want to get some decent bars for the car. The OEM ford ones seem to be a faff to fit, does anyone have any recommendations?

    i'm confused about the OEM bars, so I have to remove the plastic strips right? Do these get permanently replaced with new strips that have the slots in them?
