Problem with 'Sound' button

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have Fiesta 7.5 and I have problem with the 'Sound' button located on the radio. It doesn't work.

When I press it nothing happens, however, if I enter 'Menu' for example and press the 'Sound' button, the radio goes back to the main screen.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks

Is it the Sony one?

What trim level is your car?

Possibility previous owner upgraded the HU.

No its the factory one, and my car is the most basic Ambiente model and my radio its the standard one without bluetooth.

When I bought it from the previous owner the radio was working fine for about 3 months, All other buttons work fine.

You could try pulling the fuses for the radio and related modules, or disconnecting the battery for a bit to see if a reset fixes it.
