2012 MK7 Fiesta Ignition Cylinder/Barrel Removal?

Hi there,

I am soon to attempt to replace the upper steering column on my Mk7 as it no longer locks and holds the wheel in place, it simply hangs low :0(

My question is how do you remove the Key Cylinder/Barrel please? I have the key for the car and need to swap it into the new column. Really appreciate any advice on how to take it out and reinstall it, thank you.

    put key in, turn to position 1 . you will see 2 small holes in the column housing looking from above.  put 2 small screwdrivers in and push down then pull key and barrel out
