Will 195 65 15 tyres go straight onto my Fusion steel rims without fouling the bodywork.

If you have standard 15 inch wheels I would go for 195/50/15 tyres they are the standard size which came on mine before I put 17 inch wheels on it

I don't know if it will foul the bodywork. It will cause your speedo to read slow as you are increasing the overall diameter and hence circumference so the car travels further with each turn of the wheel.  The gearing will be higher but I am not sure if you would notice it that much

Standard is 195/60 r15 on the 15* Fusion rim.

Yes 195/65 R15 fits perfectly on the steel rims

It fills the wheel arch nicely

Looks good!  A small boost in ground clearance too.
