Hi, I've seen multiple posts about this but never managed to get this to work myself..

The USB function in compatibility with my iPhone 7 on my fiesta will skip songs after only playing for 1 second. I've downloaded multiple versions of the firmware update, running on a FAT-32 drive but the update files just won't recognise. Simply says no media to play or something. Followed all the steps in the correct order i.e. ignition etc. still no luck. The car is 2012 so could this mean the update is for older cars?
