Haha, totally agree with the second part. 

Who would have thought there's a guy out there, that wanted to buy a run of the mill civilian car (especially a boring Passat), with the intention of making it look like a police car? Facepalm!

I'm not sure he's understood undercover policing!

There was one at our place, one of the dispatchers drove it. Always made me grin!

I see that Passat around quite a bit and have to say that you caught it on a good ‘parking’ day, it’s normally skewed across several spaces or lanes whilst in motion. Those white lines are just a guide right?

Same carpark, next floor up, must be surveillance going on!  

Should have immediately checked whether there was a wifi network nearby named 'FBI Surveillance Van'

Saw another 999 plate in another carpark today! Must be ganging up on us! 

 

I was going to wheel around for a pic to add to my collection but Mrs Turvey gave me 'that' look and said something about being "a sad git!" or words to that effect, so I left it.
