Finally got my retrofit of Sat Nav etc sorted and in and thought its time to get to the bottom of the camera

All seems to be working finally but the camera

I just get an odd blurry picture, I'm thinking maybe the camera is not compatible with the display so, What cameras do you guys use? (links please)
