Problems with engine and hand brake lights

I have a problem with my Ford Focus mk2 2005 1.8 tdci. He turned on the lights of engine and hand brake but i don't have any problem with two parts, and signal indicators works but i dont see lights in dashbord and any noise. Please help. Thank you.
