Hi everyone. Just bought a 64 plate s-max titanium with a panoramic roof. Really enjoying the car so far, comfortable, powerful and enough room to keep the kids from arguing! The main reason for getting the s-max was to have more space and to cart our bikes and stuff around for weekends away. We had a towbar fitted and are looking at a platform bike rack. As there are 5 of us, 1 bike would need to go on the roof. Will I be ok with 4 bikes on the back, 1 on the roof and a roof box? Is there an overall maximum weight that the car will take? I appreciate there are a lot of variables but any help anyone can give is appreciated!
