The 115ps wasn't available until the Mk3 Focus in 2011.  In 2006 the 1.6TDCi choices were either 90ps or 110ps.  Quickest way to check as you're already online reading this is to stick your reg in here - http://www.cardatachecks.co.uk/

80Kw is 110bhp.

Should say on both the V5 and the information steeker in the door shut.
