right then folks, i have mapped out peoples locations and tried to be as fair as possible when choosing a location

i have come up with us all meeting at Leicester's Meridan Leisure (LE19 1JZ) about 2 miles from M1 jct 21

the area has a vast car park and many places to eat and have fun such as bowling and Pizza Hut

I think if we all met up and went for a late lunch at Pizza Hut that would be the best idea

i am going to set a provisional date of

Sunday 30th January @ 12.30pm

if this is a major problem for everyone then a new date can be established

I was thinking of trying to help to get a date a location set for a meet for all the midlands area and anyone else who wishes to come

In my opinion the best way to do this is anyone who is interested in coming should post there approval and also the town they live in so that we could come up with a central location so that people are travelling as little as possible

So please express your interest in here and we will see what happens

right then, something i forgot to ask is do people want a meet around luch time and go for lunch somewhere or do you all want to meet later on and grab dinner and have a more evening meet

this time of year, lunch time would be better, later on it'll be getting dark, so no chance to enjoy a line up!

would be too dark later in the day so yeah lunch time would be ideal. if we throw in some suggestions you can pull something out of the hat or similar.

mine - there's a pub at a place called bassets pole and they have a sweet menu layout where you pick your main sides and sauces and get free refils on pop all the time your there, oh and a free salad bar that has this awesome crispy bacon. anyway the car park is of adequate size and has an overflow part that no-one ever goes on (mainly cos its so far from the entrance, but would suit us i think). the weekend will be busy so might need booking in a large table..

Maybe start an attending and maybe's list in your first initial post along with the dates and etc :)
